How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For custom-designed jewelry or specific ring sizes, please allow up to 14 business days for craftsmanship and delivery.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Do your diamonds come with certification?

Every Limelight Diamond over 0.5 carats is independently certified by leading gemological laboratories such as IGI or SGL, ensuring the quality of the 4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, we provide a lifetime manufacturing warranty that covers any structural defects. We also offer one complimentary cleaning and inspection service per year.

Can I customize a ring design?

Absolutely. Our 'Bespoke' service allows you to work with our designers to create a unique piece. You can select your preferred metal, setting, and diamond shape to match your vision.
